My Footprint in Footwear

As a sneaker architect, I’ve been the developer, consultant, and manufacturer behind Hours is Yours—a California-based footwear brand founded by Bryan Hernan in 2021. From concept to production, I’ve supported the brand’s growth by transforming design vision into high-quality product development.

In 2013, I supported both the factory and the U.S. team during the product development process for the launch of New Balance Numeric, one of the notable footwear brands. My role as a sneaker architect bridged communication between development and manufacturing, helping ensure that design, fit, and quality standards were met for this pivotal footwear line.

In 2018, I co-founded a luxury sneaker brand positioned at the $400 price point, aiming to compete among top footwear brands. As a sneaker architect, I led product development and production, overseeing every stage from concept to final execution. I also contributed to the design process, ensuring each model reflected a refined blend of craftsmanship, materials, and elevated aesthetics.

As a sneaker architect, I lead global production, product development, and design for Circa, overseeing the entire lifecycle of the brand’s footwear. From initial concept to final delivery, I ensure each collection aligns with Circa’s legacy while pushing innovation, quality, and market relevance among leading footwear brands worldwide.

This was a niche project for the infamous ‘Drunks’—a parody sneaker created as a bold statement against big corporations. Originally a cult classic, this shoe gained global recognition and became an icon in sneaker culture, standing out among other footwear brands. In 2023, as a sneaker architect, I led the production and product development for its reissue, ensuring the relaunch stayed true to its rebellious spirit while meeting modern standards.

In 2021, I collaborated in Los Angeles with two iconic footwear brands—Diamond Supply Co. and The Flame—on a special project that blended both brands’ distinct aesthetics. As a sneaker architect, I was responsible for the production strategy, product development, and sampling process, bringing the creative vision to life with precision and authenticity.

NAFF Global is a U.S. brand we created during the peak of the sneaker resale market, focusing on innovative product development. Unlike our bigger projects, this one was about connecting with the culture—collaborating with creators, tapping into community energy, and staying close to what moves the scene, much like a sneaker architect shaping the future of footwear brands.

I started Alphabet Worldwide in Los Angeles, where I focused on product development, building everything from the name and designs to the brand identity.
